I started as a writer + editor for Thought Catalog, spent 2.5 years working in influencer marketing, and eventually left my full-time job pre-pandemic to grow a copywriting business.

I kept picking books off the ‘trending’ lists and liked them enough, but everything changed when I cracked open Pucking Around by Emily Rath on a flight (thinking it’d be a cute hockey romance—spoiler: it was so much more). Shoutout to Jake + Cay for being my point of no return.

Since then, I’ve devoured hundreds of MM romance books, and honestly, it’s the only thing that can hold my attention anymore.

As a writer + editor obsessed with reading, I knew I wanted to work with authors for a hot minute. When I finally decided to go for it, I landed my first developmental editing job on the first try for a dark romance novel. By the time I got through the first 10k words, I knew: I wanted nothing more than to edit books.
